DELIVERY PERIOD
The delivery period differs country to country according to the recipients address. All deliveries are by mail. Within Austria you will receive your order on average within 1 to 3 workdays according to availability. All other deliveries may take up to 14 days longer within Europe, or 21 days worldwide.
CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AND REPLACEMENT
We take the greatest possible care with all orders. However, should you have grounds for complaint, our customer service department is naturally ready to deal with any claims.
E-Mail: shop@kairos-music.com. Should the product not meet your expectations, you may return it to us within two weeks of receiving the goods. The timely dispatch of the product within that period (postmark) is sufficient. Please note the conditions for return of goods in our general business terms and conditions. It is essential that the goods are in a condition where they are suitable for re-sale and they must be returned in their original packaging. In the case of any deterioration (eg. obvious signs of use) or loss of the product before it is sent back, the customer is liable for compensation for any loss of value or the full cost of the product. No exchange of goods is possible for audio recordings which have been unsealed. The address for goods to be returned is:

Your security is our priority when ordering goods at our shop. All data is used by Kairos Musikproduktion solely to handle your purchase and is not made available to any third party. Kairos Musikproduktion uses your email address solely to confirm your order, or respectively to inform you of the status of your delivery. The declaration of your E-mail address is also necessary to allow you to receive any information on new releases you may specially request. It is of course possible at all times to cancel the forwarding of information.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
KaAIROS Musikproduktion only accepts pre-payment for goods ordered.
Options for pre-payment. On successful completion of an order you will receive a purchase order number, under which you are requested to transfer the stated sum to our account. Your order will be processed in the meantime and the package prepared. As soon as your payment reaches our account, the package will be dispatched.
